TERMS OF SERVICE
The agreement between you and Mirage Private. Buying something, redeeming a key, opening a Discord ticket, or running our software all mean you agree to what’s below.
Agreeing to These Terms
These rules apply to everyone who uses Mirage Private. You don't sign anything — using the service is how you agree to them.
- When you buy something, redeem an invite or license key, open a ticket in our Discord, or run our software, it means you've read and agreed to these terms.
- These terms are on this page at all times, and you see them before you buy and before you get support. Saying you didn't read them doesn't get you out of any part of this agreement.
- We may change these terms as the service changes. If you keep using it after a change, you're agreeing to the new version.
The Basics
- Your access to Mirage Private is a private license for you only. You can't transfer, share or resell it. We can end your access at any time if you break these rules.
- You must be at least 18 to use our software.
- You confirm you don't work for — or on behalf of — any game studio, anti-cheat company (like EasyAntiCheat, BattlEye or Vanguard), or a law firm working with them.
Bans & Risks
Any cheat can be detected — that's just how it works. Using Mirage Private means you accept that risk.
- Game bans: If your game account gets banned, we don't replace accounts, game keys, or lost in-game items.
- Hardware bans: If the game gives you a hardware (HWID) ban, sorting it out is on you. We don't include a spoofer unless the product page says so.
- Running the software means you accept the risk to your accounts, your hardware and your in-game progress.
Invites & Your Tree
The community only works because everyone in it is trusted. You're responsible for anyone you invite.
- You vouch for your invites: If someone you invited breaks the security rules, does a chargeback, or tries to reverse the software, your account and everyone in your invite tree gets permanently banned.
- Don't sell invites or hand them out publicly. If you do, your whole tree is banned, and that can't be undone.
Security & Your Account
- No account sharing: Each account is tied to one PC through our HWID system, and resets are checked automatically. Sharing your account is not allowed.
- No reverse engineering: Don't try to crack, dump, debug, sniff or reverse engineer the loader or its files. If you do, you get an automatic ban and your hardware goes on a global blacklist.
- Don't post, leak or share screenshots, videos or any details of the private builds anywhere public.
Game Updates & Downtime
Games patch their anti-cheat all the time. When that happens we take the software offline until it's safe again — that always comes first.
- Check the status first: When a game updates, the software shows as "Updating" or "Testing". Don't force it to run while the Status page says it's offline.
- Long downtime: If downtime lasts more than 24 hours straight, we may freeze or extend your license to make up for the time it was offline.
- We don't promise 100% uptime and aren't responsible for time spent on maintenance.
Invite & Access Fee
Getting into Mirage Private includes a one-time invite fee. It's a separate charge for access — it isn't part of any product or subscription price.
- It's a separate charge: The invite fee covers checking you, setting you up, and giving you access to the private community. It's charged separately from any product, license or subscription.
- It's used up once you're in: The invite fee pays for something that's done the moment your access is set up. Once you have access, that part is finished.
- It isn't refundable: The invite fee is not refunded. Even if we refund a product or subscription later, that refund only covers that part — the invite fee stays out of it.
- As covered in the Agreeing to These Terms section above, anyone who has bought something or opened a ticket in our Discord counts as having read and agreed to this.
Payments & Refunds
- All payments are final. We hand over digital licenses right away, so once a key is bought or redeemed there's no refund on it.
- Setup requirements: If you run into a compatibility, performance or crashing problem on your PC, we may ask you to fix your setup first — for example downgrading or clean-installing a specific Windows 10 build. If you refuse or keep putting it off, any refund or compensation claim is void.
- Opening a payment dispute or filing a fake chargeback gets you banned right away, your invite tree blacklisted, and your device locked out.
- We only take crypto to keep the community private and secure.
